The HOW

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques - also known as "tapping") is a mind-body tool used to help with these situations—plus so much more! By gently tapping on/ stimulating acupressure points while focusing on certain emotions or thoughts, EFT can help calm the body, bringing the nervous system back to balance.
The techniques are a gentle, effective way to reduce the symptoms of stress and anxiety—enabling the body to release uncomfortable feelings. EFT is a body-centered way to shed light on the negative patterns that we form, or energy that we hold, around past or present stressful events.
By changing our nervous system and helping us achieve a calmer state of mind, EFT softens our energy, allowing space for new perspectives and solutions to present themselves. When your perspective and response to conflict changes, you are able to shift limiting beliefs, thoughts or patterns that no longer serve you—enhancing your ability to navigate life's challenges and uncertainty with greater clarity and personal growth.

I am an Accredited Certified EFT Practitioner and would love to offer my support to help you release what is no longer serving you AND guide you to feel comfortable building new belief systems that support your authentic self. It's not about being 'fixed', it's about clearing old programming, increasing self-awareness and developing self-trust, giving yourself permission to LIVE WELL THIS DAY.
Most people recognize EFT as 'tapping'. Tapping is based on EFT, but usually involves scripts - it is effective and comforting for everyday stress relief/overwhelm or shifting your emotional state in the moment.
EFT stands for 'Emotional Freedom Techniques'—this format is structured as individualized, private 1:1 sessions using a variety of EFT techniques designed to "re-boot" your body and emotions. EFT sessions go further by offering you an opportunity to shift old, subconscious programming that may be holding you back—allowing new perspectives and a connection to your inner spark to take form.
With me as your guide/Practitioner, I will help you gain clarity and get to the root of the issue... to help you uncover how your personal experiences may be influencing the way you think and show up in your life today.
